Your Role & Responsibilities:

🔧 Diagnose & Repair – Identify and fix issues efficiently, following BMW's high standards.
🔧 Routine Maintenance – Perform essential services to keep vehicles in peak condition.
🔧 Precision Testing – Conduct thorough inspections and road tests to ensure optimal performance.
🔧 Client & Team Communication – Work closely with service advisors to provide accurate updates to clients.
🔧 Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with BMW online training courses and additional certifications as assigned.
🔧 Preventative Maintenance – Use diagnostic software to recommend services that enhance vehicle longevity.

What You Bring to the Table:

✔ 310S Certification (Required) – Must be a fully licensed automotive technician.
✔ Experience with European Brands – Previous experience with BMW or other luxury brands is a plus.
✔ Strong Diagnostic & Technical Skills – Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical issues.
✔ Valid G-Level Ontario Driver’s License – Required for vehicle operation.
✔ Team Player Attitude – Ability to collaborate and contribute to a fast-moving dealership environment.
✔ Commitment to Excellence – Passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
