The Live Answer Agent is the stores first point of contact for all customer inquiries via telephone.

  • Answer and routes incoming calls on a six-line telephone.
  • Communicate with all callers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner and attempt to minimize the amount of time they are placed on hold.
  • Updates and maintains personal copy of staff directory and other resources to ensure accurate dispensing of information.
  • Handle general inquiries from clients.
  • Phone agent may be responsible for opening and closing duties.
  • Distribute phone messages to correct party in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an accurate daily log in regards to phone traffic and consistency.
  • Constant communication with the Client Loyalty Center, Sales Advisor, and Service Advisors in order for an accurate answer to client inquires.
  • Developing Role into Backup for BDC
