HR Assistant - 12 months contract
HR Assistant - 12 months contract Position Responsibilities:
- Time and attendance data entry - Set up and track new employees - Enter payroll entries into system - Collect and complete new hire packages - Sort and organize employee pay stub’s - Filling and Mailing department documents
Qualifications and Experience:
- Positive and collaborative team member with strong communication (both verbal and written) required - Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office with a high knowledge of MS Excel - Excellent planning and prioritization skills to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables - Organized and accountable
