Here at Budds' BMW, the Client Loyalty Center team is the first point of contact for our clients reaching out to our service center; whether by phone, email or web booking, our team can make or break how a client perceives the Budds group and BMW brand as a whole. It is imperative we make the clients feel welcome, comfortable and cared for from start to finish, while they are working with us to maintain their vehicle. Client satisfaction is our number one priority. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain dealership-client relationships through emails and phone calls reminding clients of services due.
  • Advise clients of vehicle needs and recommendations.
  • Confirming Service Appointments: Confirm servicing needs, take note of issues for the service advisors, Update any changes, Confirm time, date and transportation needs with the client.
  • Manage Advisor appointments & Shop time.
  • Schedule appointments for clients to meet with Sales reps.
  • Following up with clients about getting into a new vehicle.
  • Calling clients after they visit our showroom to see how their sales experience was.
