Kieswetter Mazda is looking to add to our growing service department. As southwest Ontario's largest Mazda dealer, our shop is always busy. Join our team as our newest Automotive Service Technician. Qualifications: Registered 310S technician or 3rd/4th year apprentice Must hold a valid Ontario Driver's License Detail oriented, and problem-solving skills Punctual and reliable Strong communication skills and computer literacy Responsibilities: Complete repairs and services as per assigned repair orders, using hand tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment Road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems using diagnostic tools Review work orders and discuss worth with service advisors Provide repair and servicing recommendations to service advisors and discuss parts availability with parts department Utilize computer to punch on and off jobs and document repair progress and diagnoses Stay up-to-date on factory training, recall notices, service actions and other manufacturer requirements Wages and Hours: Flat rate hourly pay, negotiable based on experience Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5:30pm Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Half-day Saturday shifts during spring / fall tire season (4-8 per year) If you want to be part of a long-term, experienced, top performing dealership, please consider joining the Kieswetter Mazda Service team! Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&I Manager to join our team. The F&I Manager will be responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance operations of our dealership. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Duties: · Present and sell protection options and insurance products · Facilitate the buying process for customer including completion of credit application, and printing paperwork and contracts -Submitting applications to lenders and working for approvals -Completion of deal files and submission for funding from lenders -Keep an organized work environment -Strive for customer satisfaction before, during and after a sale. -Work as part of a F&I team covering shift and printing deals when your teammate is on vacation, which will also be done for you. - Supervise and manage the finance and insurance department - Work closely with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process - Train and develop staff on finance and insurance processes - Maintain accurate records of all finance transactions - Collaborate with sales team to maximize revenue opportunities Experience: - Previous experience as an F&I Manager in the Automotive setting - Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and services - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability goals - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines -PBS experience is a plus but not required -Symtech DAVE experience is a plus but not required. (We are a Symtech Dealer with DAVE software, and offer excellent process and sales training.)
