Dealership Service Advisor and Loaner Coordinator Position Overview: Budds Imported Jaguar / Land Rover is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Dealership Service Advisor / Loaner Coordinator. The Advisor / Loaner Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers who require loaner vehicles while their vehicles are being serviced as well as assisting with generating repair orders and selling manufacture recommended products and services. Key Responsibilities: Manage the loaner vehicle fleet, including inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and cleanliness. Coordinate loaner vehicle reservations and ensure availability based on service appointments. Greet customers and facilitate the pick up and drop-off process of loaner vehicles. Provide clear instructions on loaner vehicle operations and ensure clients understand the terms and conditions. Communicate effectively with the service advisors and other dealership staff to coordinate vehicle assignments and updates. Assist with writing up customers and providing and selling service recommendations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
