Budds' BMW/MINI Oakville is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, professional parts Advisor to purchase, sell, store and issue parts within our dealership. Requirements: experience ordering parts and maintaining inventory, excellent people skills.

Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
Issue purchase orders to appropriate vendor to order parts
Create special ordered parts on dealership computer system, technician or client upon receipt
Process and close open invoices
Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory

Budds' BMW in Oakville is currently looking for a responsible and mature Full-Time Porter . The ideal candidate will have previous Lot Attendant or Porter experience or Customer Service experience. Must be committed to customer service excellence and will be able to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are a must, as well as having an attention to detail. Candidate should be a team-player who also has the ability to work independently.
1-2 years previous working experience as a Porter or Lot Attendant within an Automotive Dealership would be an asset.
Valid Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
Must be able to work evenings and on Saturday's as needed
Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
