Budds' Group has an immediate requirement for an experienced Service Advisor to join our successful Dealership Group in Oakville, Hamilton and Kitchener. In this key role, you will be responsible for promptly greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner and determining their service or repair needs, recommending maintenance, diagnostic and repair services to satisfy these needs, and guiding the customer through the entire process to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Budds' Group has been operating for 50 years and is still family owned and operated, with a friendly team atmosphere. Responsibilities Scheduling service appointments Opening work orders and describing clearly and accurately the specific customer problems and needs Recommending and explaining the nature of the required automotive maintenance and repairs to the customer Securing agreement from customer before repairs, outlining cost estimate and approximate time when vehicle's work will be completed Communicating frequently and effectively with Service Technicians to obtain information on needed vehicle repairs Keeping customer informed of the repair progress and communicating the need for additional work when needed Explaining warranty policies and factory-recommended maintenance schedules to customer Staying up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership Encouraging vehicle service and maintenance by advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles. Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner Qualifications Minimum 1 year related customer service experience Previous working experience as a Service Advisor or Appointment Coordinator in an automotive dealership would be an asset Basic mechanical and automotive product knowledge is an asset Ability to communicate technical information in a manner that customers understand Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of related in-house dealership computer systems an asset Highly effective listening, communication and customer service skills Thrives in a fast paced environment, working well under pressure Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities. Budds' Chevrolet is seeking to hire a full time Car Wash Attendant . The ideal candidate will possess a Full G driver's license, a clean driver's abstract, a passion for cars and be a cautious and courteous driver. Duties include but are not limited to:
Washes all service customer vehicles Keeps equipment in good working order Delivers/retrieves documents to/from outside sources when required; Assists in physically delivering vehicles to final destination when required Greeting customers and valeting their cars Washing cars Budds Chevrolet offers competitive compensation plans, health and dental benefits. Hours will be Monday-Friday with the some Saturday mornings. $43,000 to $50,000 per year

Whether it’s by phone, text, email, or online booking, you play a key role in creating a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from the first interaction. You’ll help guide clients through their service needs, ensure appointments are set up properly, and keep both clients and service teams informed and on track. This is a fast-paced, team-focused role where strong communication and attention to detail go a long way. What You’ll Be Doing Connect with clients by phone, email, and text to schedule and coordinate service appointments Review and confirm service details, making sure all client concerns are clearly documented Recommended maintenance and service needs Send reminders and follow-ups to keep clients informed and engaged Work closely with Service Advisors to manage schedules and keep shop capacity running efficiently Ensure all appointment details (date, time, transportation needs, etc.) are accurate and up to date What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach Previous customer service experience Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills (Excel is an asset, but not required) Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends Based out of our Oakville location What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus bonus opportunities Health and dental benefits (after 6 months) Paid vacation Supportive team environment Work-life balance
