About the Role
Budds’ Chevrolet is looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Car Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, provide product knowledge, guide them through the buying process, and deliver an exceptional dealership experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting new or pre‑owned vehicles
Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable options
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and pricing
Present financing and warranty options (training provided)
Maintain product knowledge of current inventory and upcoming models
Follow up with leads and past customers to build long‑term relationships
Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining a customer‑first approach
Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
1-2 years experience
