Pre-Owned Sales Manager

Your Responsibilites:

• Work with the New Car Manager to operate the MINI sales department
• Provide coaching and support to sales advisors, as well as assist in closing deals
• Utilize the various software applications that we have available, to properly market our vehicles
• Regularly monitor our website, as well as our online presence, for accuracy in our ads
• Work with our internal departments to ensure a quick turn around of reconditioned vehicles
• Ensure our aging policy is followed
• Appraise trade ins
• Monitor floor traffic, online leads, etc. to ensure clients are being dealt with professionally

Experience/Education

• Minimum Grade 12 or GED
• Two years sales management experience
• Five years of automotive sales experience
• Valid OMVIC, and Ontario drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, Auto Trader, V-Auto, and PBS (preferred)

• Vehicle allowance or company demo
• Salary plus monthly bonus
• Annual compensation between 100k-130K, or more, based on your results
