Business Manager – Automotive (F&I)

Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC, a family-owned dealership in Oakville, is looking for an experienced Business Manager to handle the financial services side of our vehicle sales. You'll work closely with our sales team and customers to complete deals accurately, present financial products, and secure financing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process all vehicle deal paperwork accurately and on time
• Present and sell extended warranties, insurance products, and value-added protection packages
• Submit financing applications and work with banks and lenders to secure approvals
• Structure deals to meet customer needs and lender requirements
• Ensure all documentation meets legal, OMVIC, and lender compliance standards
• Follow up on pending deals, funding, and outstanding documentation
• Deliver a professional, transparent customer experience throughout the process

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Business Manager / F&I experience required
• Strong knowledge of dealership financing processes and lender relations
• OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with dealership software (CDK, PBS, Dealertrack, or similar) an asset

Schedule

• Full-time, in person
• Includes some evenings and Saturdays (typical dealership hours)
