Wholesale/Front Counter Parts Associate (FT)

About the Job

The Budds’ Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Parts department is accepting applications to join our dynamic team of Parts Department Professionals in the position of Wholesale/Front Counter Parts Associate in our fast-paced environment.

Daily duties include:

• Assisting customers with parts needs.
• Answering telephone calls and emails from mechanical and body shop customers.
• Assisting retail customers.
• Maintain stock and inventory levels.
• Shipping and Receiving assistance.
• Ordering parts.
• Keeping up to date on software and reports.
• As well as maintaining a clean, safe workplace. 
• Support back/tech counter when necessary.

Requirements:

• Parts counter experience preferred.
• Automotive knowledge essential.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring practices.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Computer proficient. 

The company is looking for staff proficient in time management, organization, and maintaining positive relationships with a high degree of communication.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm and every 3rd Sat from 8 am - 12 pm.  Must be flexible when necessary.
