Pay: $40,000 to $43,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
  • Respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors.
  • Ensure messages are accurately documented and forwarded to the appropriate team members.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including arranging couriers, filing, ordering supplies and supporting other administrative departments as needed.
  • Assist in facilitating daily vehicle licensing, as required.
  • Assist with pick up/delivery of vehicles and providing customer shuttle service , as needed
  • Maintain log books 
  • Ensure all office common areas are kept tidy and well-stocked.
  • Ensure adherence to required dress code, maintain clean, professional and appropriate appearance and adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Valid Ontario Drivers License with clean record       
  • 1–2 years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience preferred.

Hours

  • Monday–Friday:  8:30- 5:00 pm
