Budds’ BMW Hamilton – Hamilton, ON

Budds’ BMW Hamilton has a existing vacancy and is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our high-performing Aftersales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, helping both customers and technicians find the right parts solutions while delivering premium customer service consistent with the BMW brand.

Compensation

$40,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)

 

Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional rotational Saturday shifts (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM) during tire season.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional parts support to both retail customers and internal technicians
  • Assist clients at the front parts counter, by phone, and via email
  • Prepare and follow up on parts quotations to generate sales opportunities
  • Source parts through dealer networks and suppliers to meet customer demands
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in PBS dealership software
  • Ensure the correct parts are selected through detailed quoting and verification processes
  • Support technicians at the back counter when required
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and parts counters
  • Monitor parts availability and communicate backorder updates to customers
  • Assist with inventory accuracy, bin checks, and annual inventory counts
  • Promote and maintain displays for BMW Lifestyle and Accessories products
  • Stay current with BMW training programs, technical bulletins, and WHMIS requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the Parts Manager and Aftersales team to support dealership operations

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or automotive parts preferred
  • Familiarity with PBS dealership software is considered an asset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
